Kerala, Uttarakhand Rain Updates: The IMD said that worst seems to be over for Uttarakhand, and intense rainfall activity is expected to shift eastwards to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, and most parts of northeastern region.
